At Lupin Hollow, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Reporting an Issue All issues — including damaged items, wrong items received, or missing orders — must be reported within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. To report an issue, contact us with your order number and photos where applicable.
Refunds & Replacements We handle all claims as refunds or replacements — we do not require items to be physically returned. Once your claim is reviewed, we'll issue a resolution within 3–5 business days.
Non-Delivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as international shipping can occasionally experience delays. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.
Final Sale Items For hygiene reasons, wigs, hair accessories, and personal care items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to issue refunds for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided, or where the package was refused at delivery.
